Our Rates for Music Consultancy & Rights Clearance Services

- For sample clearances, we charge a flat rate of $250 per clearance.

 We don't clear in stages. $250 for sample clearances includes the process from beginning to end: finding the true owner(s), negotiating fees and/or royalties, closing the deals and generating necessary contracts. If there are 4 publishers involved in a clearance, we won't charge you 4 times. You pay only one clearance fee.

- For synch rights and compilations, we charge $200 per clearance.

- For consultation during the recording process or reviewing tracks prior to the sample clearance process, we charge $100 per hour. (There is no way to do this on a flat fee basis.) The retainer will depend upon the size of the project and client needs, but there is a minimum retainer of $250 for review work.
